2. What sizes are your cheesecakes available in?
We offer two standard sizes:
- 8-inch: Serves 14-16 slices
- 9-inch: Serves 14-16 slices
Custom sizes may be available upon request. Contact us to discuss your needs.
3. How do I store my cheesecake?
- Refrigerator: Store your cheesecake in the fridge for up to 5-7 days.
- Freezer: Cheesecakes can last up to 3 months when properly wrapped in plastic wrap and placed in an airtight container.
- Thawing: Thaw overnight in the fridge or for 1-2 hours at room temperature before serving.
4. Do your products contain allergens?
Our cheesecakes contain dairy, eggs, and gluten (except for our gluten-free options). Some may include nuts, depending on the toppings. While we take precautions to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee products are allergen-free. If you have dietary restrictions, please contact us before ordering.

Yes! We offer:
- Delivery: Available in St. Thomas and nearby surrounding areas. Delivery fees apply based on distance.
- Pickup: Available at the Horton Farmers’ Market in St. Thomas every Saturday during market hours.
Delivery and pickup details will be provided at checkout.
7. How much notice do you need for orders?
We require 24-36 hours notice for all standard orders. For larger or custom orders, please allow extra time to ensure availability.
8. Do you sell individual slices?
Yes! We sell individual slices both online and at the Horton Farmers’ Market in St. Thomas during market hours.
9. Can I freeze leftover cheesecake?
Absolutely! Wrap leftover slices tightly in plastic wrap and place them in an airtight container before freezing. Cheesecake can last up to 3 months in the freezer. Thaw in the fridge or at room temperature before enjoying.
