First Official Bake: A Sweet Step Forward

I was excited to get back into the commercial kitchen this morning, this time for my first official bake as The Classic Luxury Cheesecake Company. My last visit was just a test run (and a bit of a learning curve—I forgot the tinfoil!), but today was different. I had a couple of orders to fill, and I was ready to dive in.

Thankfully, everything came together smoothly. The cheesecakes turned out great—creamy, rich, and just how they should be. One of them is already spoken for, sold to a customer who ordered ahead of time, while the other will be sliced and available for purchase.

Whole cakes are baked by request, so it’s always a good idea to place your order at least 24-36 hours in advance (48 hours is even better if you can).
